The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily executing similar works in the following categories: 1. Pile work: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of the job in the tender. - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of the job in the tender. - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of the job in the tender. 2. Aluminum work: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of the job in the tender. - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of the job in the tender. - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of the job in the tender. 3. Steel Structure Work (MS truss work): - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of the job in the tender. - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of the job in the tender. - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of the job in the tender. 4. Metallic Roofing work: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of the job in the tender. - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of the job in the tender. - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of the job in the tender. 5. Water proofing work: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of the job in the tender. - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of the job in the tender. - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of the job in the tender. The bidder must also provide an affidavit stating that they have not executed similar works on a "back-to-back" basis through another contractor. Additionally, the bidder should have had experience in similar works, specifically: * The bidder should have completed works of similar nature during the last seven years, with details to be furnished in Form "C". * The bidder should have had average annual financial turnover (gross) of minimum 30% of the tendered cost in Civil/Electrical construction work during the last available three-year consecutive balance sheets duly audited by Chartered Accountant. * The bidder should not have incurred any loss in more than two years during the available last five consecutive balance sheets, duly certified and audited by the Chartered Accountant.
