The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar works, specifically in the supply and installation of WA (World Athletics)/IAAF class 2 certified FULL PUR synthetic athletic track as a prime contractor with the same proposed product in India with a government/semi-government department or a PSU. The bidder must have completed similar works with a value of: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost (Rs. 288.34 Lac). - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost (Rs. 360.43 Lac). - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost (Rs. 576.68 Lac). Additionally, the bidder must have an average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the estimated cost during the last 5 years (Rs. 216.26 Lac). The bidder should also have prior work experience in specific areas, including: - Aluminum work: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of this job in tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of this job in tender, - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of this job in tender. - Steel Structure Work (MS truss work): - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of this job in tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of this job in tender, - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of this job in tender. - Metallic Roofing work: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of this job in tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of this job in tender, - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of this job in tender. - Water proofing work: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of this job in tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of this job in tender, - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of this job in tender. The bidder is also required to provide details of all works of similar nature completed during the last seven years ending the previous day of the last date of submission of tender (Form C).
