The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed similar works in the last 7 years. The specific requirements are as follows: - One similar completed work costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of not less than the amount equal to: i) 40% of the estimated cost for one similar completed work, ii) 50% of the estimated cost for two similar completed works, or iii) 80% of the estimated cost for one similar completed work. Additionally, the bidder should have executed one similar work with a minimum of one basement under one agreement. The similar work should be "Building Civil Works" with specific guidelines for the number of storeys, basements, and other components. The work considered should be done by agreement with some central/state Government department, central autonomous body, central public sector undertaking, state public sector undertaking, city development autonomous, municipal corporation of city, or reputed private entities.
