The bidder should have prior work experience in similar nature of works, which includes construction of building works. The definition of similar work should be decided considering the guidelines provided. For building works, the number of storeys for the purpose of definition of similar work may be taken as under: - Up to four storey buildings: No binding - Five to ten storey buildings: Minimum one building of Five storeys or completing balance construction work of one building (including structural work) minimum up to five storeys - Eleven to fifteen storey buildings: Minimum one building of Eight storeys or completing balance construction work of one building (including structural work) minimum up to eight storeys - More than fifteen storey buildings: Minimum one building of Ten storeys or completing balance construction work of one building (including structural work) minimum up to ten storeys The bidder should have completed at least one building of ten storeys or more, or completed balance construction work of one building (including structural work) minimum up to ten storeys. Each basement or stilt constructed in the building shall be considered as a storey. For specialized works, the bidder should have completed: - Pile work: Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of cost of this job, or two similar works each costing not less than 50% of cost of this job, or one similar work costing not less than 80% of cost of this job. - Aluminum work: Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of cost of this job, or two similar works each costing not less than 50% of cost of this job, or one similar work costing not less than 80% of cost of this job. - Steel Structure Work (MS truss work): Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of cost of this job, or two similar works each costing not less than 50% of cost of this job, or one similar work costing not less than 80% of cost of this job. - Metallic Roofing work: Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of cost of this job, or two similar works each costing not less than 50% of cost of this job, or one similar work costing not less than 80% of cost of this job. - Water proofing work: Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of cost of this job, or two similar works each costing not less than 50% of cost of this job, or one similar work costing not less than 80% of cost of this job. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 605.90 Lac. The bidder should have had average annual financial turn over (gross) of minimum 30% of tendered cost in Civil/Electrical construction work during the last available three-year consecutive balance sheets, which is 30% of Rs. 605.90 Lac, i.e., Rs. 181.77 Lac. The bidder is also required to have a minimum solvency of 40% of the estimated cost, which is 40% of Rs. 605.90 Lac, i.e., Rs. 242.36 Lac, or 10% solvency of the estimate cost from District Magistrate, which is 10% of Rs. 605.90 Lac, i.e., Rs. 60.59 Lac. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, but the bidder should furnish annual financial statements for the last seven years and a solvency certificate. The bidder's financial turnover, bidding capacity, and experience in similar class of works completed will be evaluated to determine their eligibility for the work.
