The required prior work experience for the bidder is related to works of similar nature completed during the last seven years. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works in the last 7 years. The similar work experience requirements are as follows: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The work should be with some central/state Government department, central autonomous body, central public sector undertaking, state public sector undertaking, city development autonomous, municipal corporation of city formed under Act by central/state government and published in central/state gazette, and reputed private entities. For building works, the number of storeys for the purpose of definition of similar work may be taken as: - Up to four storey buildings: No specific number of storeys mentioned. - Five to ten storey buildings: Minimum one building of Five storeys or completing balance construction work of one building minimum up to five storeys. - Eleven to fifteen storey buildings: Minimum one building of Eight storeys or completing balance construction work of one building minimum up to eight storeys. - More than fifteen storey buildings: Minimum one building of Ten storeys or completing balance construction work of one building minimum up to ten storeys. Each basement, stilt constructed in the building shall be considered as a storey. In case the work involves construction of two or more basements, then it is to be stipulated in the definition of similar work that the agency should have executed one similar work with a minimum of one basement under one Agreement. The bidder is required to provide details of all works of similar nature completed during the specified period in Form C. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 897.42 lac. The percentages of similar works completed are 40%, 50%, and 80% of the estimated cost.
