Replacement of Damaged 145 KV CB installed on 132KV Bays at 132KV S/S Lakhimpur, 132KV S/S Gola, 132KV S/S Mohammadi, 132kv S/S Oyal & 132KV S/S Dhaurahra under ETD-Lakhimpur along with cost of men, misc. consumables, crane T&P etc. required for satisfactory completion of work with all due care of safety and precautions as per technical specifications and direction of supervising engineer as per details below.

Dismantling of damaged 145 KV circuit breaker each make of 132KV bay by disconnecting AC & DC supply and opening of nuts-bolts, jumpers, cable connections, earthing and opening of all linkage poles alongwith copper pipe lines of SF-6 Gas of all three poles safely with the help of hydra then shifting of all dismantlled materials at storage place as instructed by engineer incharge The work also includes dismantling of mechanism housing, G.I structures and shifting it to storage place with all other associated works to complete the job.

Erection of new 145 KV SF-6 Gas Circuit Breaker each make of 132KV Bay. The work includes carriage of C.B. with complete acessories from storage place to work site with the help of hydra after unpacking of all poles from crates. Fixing of supporting structures after opening the protection covers, fixing of interrupting unit at the frames as per drawing/manual and as per instruction given by engineer incharge, checking level of all three poles with level meter, then connecting all mechanical linkage connecting gas pipes, complete cable connections, electrical terminations as per drawing, cable lying if required (cable will be provided by department) etc with all other associated works to complete the job satisfactorily. The work also includes all the modifications required for fixing base legs of new circuit breaker with the help of welding machine etc. Providing and fixing 50X10 mm. MS flat for connection of earthing and painting it by one coat red oxide primer and two coat synthethic enamel green colour paint, also writing name of feeder on C.B Marshalling box by synthetic enamel point (Black color with yellow background) Connection of all jumpers, clamps etc. and replacing the same if required with all other associated works to complete the job satisfactory. Checking electrical open/close operation from Local/Remote Mode as well protection mode after commissioning of breaker and providing complete elctrical wiring as per drawing.
