Major overhauling of mechanism assembly of 145 KV SF6 GCB CGL make installed at 132KV Sahara City Bay, work includes overhauling of control valve assembly by replacement of control valve seat, O-ring P-80 and roller C/D. Overhauling of holding latch.Opening of pneumatic cylinder, closing spring etc. DE rusting and greasing of the same. Rectification of air leakage through NRV, safety valve, opening of reservoir, cleaning of reservoir along with replacement of O-6mm and 12mm gas pipe assembly. Checking and adjustment of air pressure switches and gas pressure switches.the work also includes overhauling of compressor, replacement of bearing and seals if required. Checking and re-tightening of all electrical connections. Measurement of closing and tripping time of Circuit breaker. Mesurement of contact resistance of circuit breaker.

Opening latch, closing latch, support latch, anti-pumping assembly. Opening,Cleaning and greasing of motor charging system, replacement o worn out part. checking of shock absorber, closing damper, etc, Adjustment of all gaps, cleaning and greasing of levers, connectiong rods, cam, disc cam etc. Checking of mechanism assembly for wera and tear, rectification/repairing of worn out parts. Checking of limit switch, power contracts, auxiliary contractors for proper functioning. Checking for gas leakage from copper pipe assembly of gas system. Measurment of closing tripping time of circuit breaker. Mesurement of contact resistance of circuit breaker.
