The required prior work experience for the bidder is that they should have appropriate experience in similar work for the last Seven years in the organised sector. The experience requirements are as follows: - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual financial turnover during the last three years ending 31 March 2025 of at least 30% of the estimated cost. The liquid assets required is 15% of the bid amount, and the bidder should have a minimum turnover of 30% of the estimated cost. The similar work means Civil construction work, and evidence of satisfactory execution of work that has been executed by the tenderer during the last Seven years in the organised sector has to be produced. The certificate of experience from the Engineer-in-charge of the work, not below the rank of Executive Engineer, shall be considered acceptable in Govt./Semi Govt. organisations.
