Laying of 25mm thick Kota stone of size 45x45 cm flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand).

Part (B) :- Interlocking Paver Block

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam, clay or sand) including lift up to 1.50m and lead upto 30m and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the side of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 M from the foundation trenches.

Concrete with 4cm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand (F.M. 2.20-3.60) and cement in proportion of 1:4:8 in foundation and under floors including supply all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

M-150 brick work in 1:6(one cement and six coarse sand of( F.M. 1.50-2.0 mortar) in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8.0 kms. from the site of work and including watering, dressing etc rate to include cost of all material labour T&P etc. required for the proper complition of the work.

Supply & Fixing of 80 MM I shaped mechanically compressed interlocking cement conc. Paver block manufactured by high pressure & controlled vibration machine having plan dimension 200X(160+120) MM with minimum 5 MM thk toping of OPC cement mixed with 25% marble powder. The compressive strength of conc. paver block shall not be less than 30 MPA I/c cost of all material, labour & T&P Rates i/c required for proper completion of the work as per direction E/I.

Part (C) :- Storm Water Drains

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil Loam clay or sand including lift upto 1.5 meter and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as direction by the Engineer in charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches.

Concrete with 4cm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand (F.M. 2.20-3.60) and cement in proportion of 1:4:8 in foundation and under floors including supply all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

First Class 150 (M-150) work in 1:6 Cement and Coarse Sand (F.M 1.5 to 2.25) mortar in super - structure including necessary cutting and moulding of brick work as required and also including supply of all materails, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

12 MM thick plaster Above plinth with 1:4 cement coarse sand of 1.50 - 1.75 F.M mortar of approved quality, as specified by manufacture over brick work min. thickness not to be less than 1 Cm. including supply of all material and labour etc.

4.00 cm thick 1:2:4 PCC flooring with cement approved coarse sand (FM 2.20-3.60) 20mm graded stone grit laid in panels finished with 3mm thick flooring coat of neat cement and marble dust in ratio 5:1 as specified Without base concrete including all labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Part (D) :- RCC Benches

Supply & Fixing of Three Seater RCC Bench as per Details specification Precast concrete reinforced benches (Chair type) with back-rest, manufactured by using M-30 grade of concrete. The bench consists of 2 nos. L-shape base support in gray/cement colour of thickness-100 mm, back height-1000mm & front height–450mm, base width-620mm, and 5 nos. reinforced concrete planks in red colour of size 1500x100mmx50mm, and 1 no. of reinforced concrete plank of size 1500x200x50mm. For strength we use double frame of 8mm iron rod in base support and 10mm iron rod single frame for planks. All parts are joined together with galvanized nuts & bolts of suitable size. All bolts are sealed after assemble. Seating length of the Bench-1500 mm. Seating height of the Bench-450 mm. Seating back height of the Bench-1000 mm., including all labour & material etc.as per direction of E/I.
