The bidder should have prior work experience in construction, specifically in "RCC Framed Structure Building Work". The required experience can be demonstrated through one of the following: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid. - Two similar works, costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid. - One similar completed work, costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid. At least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with a Central/State Government Organisation, with a value of not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The remaining work experience can be with reputed private organizations. The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last ten years, satisfying one of the above conditions. The value of executed works/turnover shall be brought to the current cost level by enhancing the actual value at the rate of 7% per annum. The average annual financial turnover during the immediate last 3 consecutive financial years should be at least 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder may rely on the experience of its Associate(s) for demonstrating technical capacity. The experience of works should be provided in a specific format, including details such as name of work, brief scope of work, contract number and date, name and address of the employer, value of contract, stipulated date of start and completion, and physical progress in percentage. The performance certificate should be clear and exhaustive enough to establish similarity with the work under bid, and it should be certified by an Executive Engineer/Project Manager or equivalent. The certificate should mention the performance report as Very Good, Good, Fair, or Poor. The amount equal to 30% of the estimated cost put to tender should have been executed with some Central/ State Government Organisation. The certificates issued by private organisations must be supported by Form 26AS/TDS certificate, and the certificate should clearly indicate scope of work, date of completion, completed value, name of work, agreement/order no., date of start, etc. in Form VI-B to verify eligibility. The performance certificates submitted should be clear and exhaustive enough to establish similarity with the work under Bid. Ambiguous Performance Certificates will not be considered for evaluation.
