The required prior work experience for the bidder is that they should have successfully completed similar work(s) during the last ten years. The conditions for similar work experience are as follows: - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the cost of work put to bid, - At least one completed work of similar nature costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. Alternatively, the bidder can also satisfy the conditions by: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the cost of work put to tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of work put to tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the cost of the work put to tender. Additionally, at least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with a Central/State Government Organisation, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 1915.18 Lacs. The value of executed works/turnover shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual values at 7% per year.
