The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in executing similar type of works, specifically construction of "RCC Framed Structure building works (Construction and Finishing) with external development works (Civil/Electrical)". The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last ten years. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid. - Two similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid. - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid. At least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with a Central/State Government Organisation, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The remaining work experience can be with reputed private organisations. The cost of work includes the gross value of the completed work, including the cost of material issued/provided/supplied by the department/client. The value of executed works/turnover shall be brought to the current cost level by enhancing the actual value at the rate of 7% per annum at a simple rate.
