The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in execution of works of similar nature, including construction, supply, installation, testing, and successful commissioning. The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last ten years, satisfying one of the following conditions: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid. - Two similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid. - One similar work, costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid. At least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with a Central/State Government Organisation, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The value of executed works/turnover shall be brought to the current cost level by enhancing the actual value at the rate of 7% per annum at a simple rate. The bidder should also have a minimum value of 30% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid in similar works. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in works of similar nature, with specific requirements for different types of technical personnel, including Graduate Engineer Civil, Diploma Engineer Civil, Diploma Engineer Electrical, and Work Supervisor, based on the project costs. The required prior work experience also includes solvency of minimum 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder should provide certificates for the completed works, which should clearly indicate the scope of work, date of completion, completed value, name of work, agreement/order number, and date of start. The bidder needs to provide details of works which are in progress/awarded as on the date of submitting the application, including the name of work, brief scope of work, contract number and date, name and address of the employer, value of the contract, stipulated date of start and completion, value of works remaining to be completed, and up-to-date physical progress in percentage. The bidder should have successfully completed similar works, with the cost of the work escalated by a factor ranging from 1.00 to 1.28, depending on the financial year of completion. The bidder should provide aggregated value of executed works, including the cost of material supplied by the department, in Rs. in Lacs. The bidder should also provide information on the technical and administrative personnel to be employed for the work, including their designation, qualification, date of birth, and experience in years. The available Bid Capacity shall be assessed using the formula: Assessed Available Bid Capacity = 2 x A x N – B, where A is the maximum turnover during the last five financial years (corrected to the current level of value), N is the stipulated period of execution of the work for which the tender is invited in years, and B is the value of existing commitments to be completed during the execution period of the bid. The evaluation of the bidder's application will also include an assessment of their financial status, resources, and experience in works of similar nature. To become eligible for shortlisting, the bidder must secure at least 50 percent marks in each evaluation criterion and 60 percent marks in aggregate. The required prior work experience for the bidder in terms of the value and percentage of similar works completed includes: - 30% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid for three similar works. - 40% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid for two similar works. - 60% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid for one similar work. - 30% of the estimated cost put to tender for at least one completed work of similar nature with a Central/State Government Organisation. - 40% of the estimated cost put to tender as solvency.
