The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in execution of works of similar nature, including construction, supply, installation, testing, and successful commissioning. The bidder should have completed similar works with the following specifications: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost of work put to bid, - Two similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work put to bid, - One similar completed work costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost of work put to bid. At least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with a Central/State Government Organisation, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The cost of work shall be the gross value of the completed work, including the cost of material issued or provided by the department/client. The cost of work can be escalated by 7% per annum at a simple rate to bring it to the current cost level. The bidder must have completed similar type of works as defined, with an aggregated value of executed works, including the cost of material supplied by the department. The bidder should have experience of executing similar type of works, with a minimum average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the estimated cost put to tender during the immediate last 3 consecutive financial years. The value of executed works should be certified by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/Project Manager or equivalent. The bidder needs to provide details of works that are in progress or have been awarded, including the value of the contract, stipulated start and completion dates, and the value of works remaining to be completed. The estimated cost and actual completion cost of the works should be provided in Rs. Lacs. The bidder also needs to provide the up-to-date physical progress in percentage and the anticipated date of completion, along with reasons for any delay. The bidder's prior work experience is evaluated under the attribute "Experience in similar class of works" with a weightage of 20 marks. To achieve the minimum eligibility criteria, the bidder should have completed works of a similar class, with 60% marks awarded for meeting this criteria. If the bidder has completed twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, they will be awarded 100% marks. For experience between these two thresholds, marks will be awarded on a pro-rata basis.
