The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost of work put to bid - Two similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work put to bid - One similar completed work costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost of work put to bid At least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with some Central/ State Government Organisation, costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in executing similar type of works, with specific requirements for different types of personnel, such as Graduate Engineers, Diploma Engineers, and Work Supervisors, depending on the project cost. For example, for a project cost of 25-50 Cr, the bidder should have at least 2 Graduate Engineers with experience in similar works, 2 Diploma Engineers with 5 years of experience in similar works, and 4 Work Supervisors with 5 years of experience in similar works. The cost of work put to bid should be more than 10 Cr for certain evaluation criteria to be applicable. The bidder needs to provide a list of similar works executed during the last 10 years, along with supporting documents such as performance certificates. The bidder's experience and capability are evaluated based on the information provided, and the bidder should secure at least 50 percent marks in each and 60 percent marks in aggregate as per evaluation criteria.
