The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - One similar completed, tested, and commissioned work costing not less than 60% of the estimated project cost, - OR two similar completed, tested, and commissioned works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated project cost, - OR three similar completed, tested, and commissioned works each costing not less than 30% of the estimated project cost. The bidder should also have successfully completed at least one year of O&M works/defect liability period of all components of a water supply scheme. Similar work means drinking water supply projects, including intake/WTP/Tube well, pipelines for raw and clear water, distribution systems, service reservoirs/OHT, and E&M works for villages/town/cities. The experience of works submitted by the bidder will be evaluated on the percentage of partnership in case of work done on a Joint Venture (JV) basis. The required prior work experience for the bidder is to be supported by an Experience Certificate obtained from the Govt./Semi Govt./ Public Sector, and not below the rank of Executive Engineer. The values and percentages of similar works completed mentioned are: - 60% of the estimated project cost for one similar work, - 40% of the estimated project cost for each of two similar works, - 30% of the estimated project cost for each of three similar works.
