The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in execution of works of similar nature, including construction, supply, installation, testing, and successful commissioning. The bidder should have completed similar projects, with the following requirements: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost of work put to bid, - Two similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work put to bid, - One similar completed work costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost of work put to bid. At least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with a Central/State Government Organisation, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The remaining work experience should satisfy the requirements of the above conditions with works successfully executed for reputed private organisations. The cost of work shall mean the gross value of the completed work, including the cost of material issued/provided/supplied by the department/client. The value of executed works/turnover shall be brought to the current cost level by enhancing the actual value at the rate of 7% per annum at a simple rate. The bidder should have a minimum average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the estimated cost put to tender during the last 3 consecutive financial years. The available bid capacity of the bidder at the expected time of bidding shall be more than the total estimated cost of the work for which the tender is invited. The average annual financial turnover during the immediate last 3 consecutive financial years ending on 31.03.2024 on construction work should be at least 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder should have a solvency of minimum 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder should have experience in executing similar type of works as defined. The percentages of similar works completed are 30%, 40%, and 60% of the estimated cost of work put to bid.
