The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost of work put to bid, - Two similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work put to bid, - One similar completed work costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost of work put to bid. At least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with a Central/State Government Organisation, with a value of not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The remaining work experience should satisfy the requirements of the above conditions, with works successfully executed for reputed private organisations. The bidder should have completed similar works during the last 10 years. The similar work refers to Construction of “R.C.C. Framed Structure Building work”. The values and percentages mentioned for similar works completed are: - 30% of the estimated cost of work put to bid for three similar works, - 40% of the estimated cost of work put to bid for two similar works, - 60% of the estimated cost of work put to bid for one similar work, - 30% of the estimated cost put to tender for at least one completed work of similar nature with a Central/State Government Organisation.
