The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having executed works of similar nature, including construction, supply, installation, testing, and successful commissioning. The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last ten years, satisfying one of the following conditions: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid. - Two similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid. - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid. Additionally, at least one completed work of a similar nature should have been executed with a Central/State Government Organisation, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The remaining work experience can be with reputed private organizations. The value of executed works should be at least 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder's average annual financial turnover during the immediate last 3 consecutive financial years should be at least 30% of the project cost put to tender. Specific experience requirements are also specified for different technical personnel, including: - Graduate Engineer Civil - Diploma Engineer Civil - Diploma Engineer Electrical - Work Supervisor For example, for a project with a cost of 5-25 Cr, the bidder needs 2 Graduate Engineers Civil, 2 Diploma Engineers Civil, 1 Diploma Engineer Electrical, and 2 Work Supervisors. The bidder's experience in works of similar nature is one of the factors to be evaluated. The value of executed works/turnover shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual values at 7% per year.
