Design, Construction, Supply of all materials, Erection and Commissioning of 9.0 MLD STP with co treatment facilities (8.0 KLD) with cesspoll tankers, 17.00 MLD average discharge MPS and Treated effluent line/ channel with all the civil, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation and scada system, LT/HT panel, sub station building, DG set foundation, admin buidling, laboratories, meter room and campus development [Clearance and levelling of site, it also includes Construction of Internal Road (CC Road), staff quarters as per requirement and specification, external water supply with tube well and pumping arrangement, electrification & street llighting and sanitation work) etc. all complete for STP with co-treatment, MPS etc. The cost is inclusive of, co-treatment, boundary wall (1.8m ht. above plinth level with RCC Column @3m c/c with plinth beam and foundation avg. 1.2m depth including reinforcement and RCC coping on top of wall with plaster (1:4) and painting (apex painting 3 coat) as per type design and drawing at the STP site. , fully furnished administrative building having fully functional testing laboratory, PLC/SCADA Rooms, Power Generation building, Blower building, sludge handling system & other building required for technology proposed. OCEMS system at inlet & outlet of STP and master control station (MCS) at STP. Conference room suitable for 15 people, 4 rooms with a attached toilet for supervisory staff and a toilet block, drinking water cooler, all office rooms and conference room (Air Conditioned). The scope also including ancillary works like R.C.C. approch road approximate 3.75 m width with 1.5 m wide inter locking shoulder each side from NH to proposed STP entry gate, boundary wall of campus with gate, staff quarter, office cum resident building for jal nigam officers internal C.C. roads 3.75 m wide and 2.0 m wide C.C. path ways, fire fighting arrangement, land scaping, site development & require furniture etc. and other works as defined in bid documents.etc. all complete). Prevailing norms for effluent discharge shall be adhered to achieve BOD 10 ppm, COD 50 ppm, TSS 20 ppm, Fecal coliform (MPN/100ml) 100, pH= 6.5 to 8.5 to get reusable quality of water for agricultural purposes. Outlet parameters shall also include TN 10 ppm, Nh3N 2 ppm and TP 1 ppm) with full automation including PLC-SCADA and Instrumentation and treated effluent disposal line for treated water as per specifications on modular basis such as on given site area of about 1.8 hectare.

I&D Work(Nala Remodling, screen channel outlet chamber, weir etc works):- Excavation of earth in ordinary soil (loam, clay and sand) in manhole, gully pits, sump and chambers for depth upto 1.50m below G.L. including watering, ramming, dressing, filling back between wall and foundation and disposal of surplus earth with 50M including supply of all labours and T&P etc. required for the proper completion of work. 0.00 – 1.50m Depth
