The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost of work put to bid, - Two similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work put to bid, - One similar completed work costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost of work put to bid. At least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with a Central/State Government Organisation, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The cost of work shall be the gross value of the completed work, including the cost of material issued/provided/supplied by the department/client. The value of executed works/turnover shall be brought to the current cost level by enhancing the actual value at the rate of 7% per annum at a simple rate. The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last ten years, satisfying one of the above conditions. Similar work shall mean Construction of “R.C.C Frame structure of Building Works”. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, but the bidder needs to provide information on completed value, name of work, agreement/order no., date of start, etc. in Form VI-B to verify eligibility/similarity wherever required. The bidder should provide details of their experience, including values and percentages of completion, for government and private organization works, as well as ongoing works. The performance certificate should be clear and exhaustive enough to establish similarity with the work under Bid. The bidder should also provide a performance report, which should include the performance rating (very good, good, fair, or poor) and should be certified by the client or employer. In terms of specific values, the cost of work shall mean the gross value of the completed work, including the cost of material issued/provided/supplied by the department/client. The bidder should provide information on the estimated cost, actual completion cost, contract value, and completed value for each work experience. The percentage of completion should be provided for ongoing works, along with the anticipated date of completion and reasons for delay, if any. The amounts mentioned include 30% of the estimated cost of work put to bid, 40% of the estimated cost of work put to bid, and 60% of the estimated cost of work put to bid, as well as 30% of the estimated cost put to tender for at least one completed work with a Central/State Government Organisation. Other amounts mentioned include Rs. 5.00 Cr, Rs. 10.00 Lac, and Rs. 20.00 Lac, related to the earnest money deposit (EMD).
