The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the cost of the work put to bid. - Two similar works, costing not less than 40% of the cost of the work put to bid. - One similar completed work, costing not less than 60% of the cost of the work put to bid. At least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with a Central/State Government Organisation, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. For different positions, the experience requirements are as follows: - Graduate Engineer Civil: 2 years for 5-25 Cr and 25-50 Cr - Diploma Engineer Civil: 2 years for 5-25 Cr and 25-50 Cr, 1 year for less than 5 Cr - Diploma Engineer Electrical: 1 year for 5-25 Cr and 25-50 Cr - Work Supervisor: 2 years for 5-25 Cr and 25-50 Cr, 1 year for less than 5 Cr The value and percentage of similar works completed should be provided, including the estimated cost and actual completion cost of the similar works. The amount of compensation levied for delayed completion, if any, and the percentage of physical progress completed should also be provided. The cost of work shall mean the gross value of the completed work by single/multiple contracts/orders of a single project, satisfactorily completed, including the cost of material issued/provided/supplied by the department/client. The cost of the similar work should be brought to the current cost level by enhancing the actual value at a rate of 7% per annum.
