The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in execution of works of similar nature, including construction, supply, installation, testing, and successful commissioning. The bidder should have completed similar works with specific cost requirements, such as: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the cost of work put to bid, - Two similar works costing not less than 40% of the cost of work put to bid, - One similar completed work costing not less than 60% of the cost of work put to bid. At least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with a Central/State Government Organisation, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The value of executed works/turnover shall be brought to the current cost level by enhancing the actual value at the rate of 7% per annum at a simple rate. The cost of work means the gross value of the completed work by single/multiple contracts/orders of a single project, satisfactorily completed, including the cost of material issued/provided/supplied by the department/client. Similar work shall mean “Construction of R.C.C. Framed Structure Building work." More than 60% of the cost of work put to bid is mentioned, with the condition that at least one completed work of similar nature costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender should have been executed. The escalation/enhance factor for different financial years is provided, with a factor of 1.28 for the year 2019-2020. The experience in similar class of works is given a weightage of 20 marks, with evaluation criteria as follows: - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more - In between - on pro-rata basis.
