The bidder should have successfully completed similar works in the last 10 years, meeting one of the following conditions: - Three similar works, each costing at least 30% of the estimated cost of the work being bid on. - Two similar works, each costing at least 40% of the estimated cost of the work being bid on. - One similar work costing at least 60% of the estimated cost of the work being bid on. Additionally, the bidder should have completed at least one similar work costing at least 30% of the estimated cost, executed for a Central/State Government Organisation or a similar entity. The remaining work experience can be with reputed private organisations. The bidder should also have experience of similar works executed in the last 5 years, with the value of executed works/turnover adjusted to the current costing level by increasing the actual values by 7% per year from the date of completion to the last date of submission of tenders.
