The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing similar works during the last ten years, satisfying one of the following conditions: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the cost of the work put to bid. - Two similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the cost of the work put to bid. - One similar completed work costing not less than 60% of the cost of the work put to bid. At least one completed work of a similar nature should have been executed with a Central/State Government Organisation, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least the contract value. The performance report should be "Very Good" or "Good". The bidder should provide information on the history of litigation or arbitration resulting from contracts executed or under execution during the last five years. The bidder should also provide details of construction plant and equipment available with them, which are likely to be used in carrying out the work. The contract value, completed value, and payment made to the firm under the scope of the project should be mentioned in the experience certificate. The bidder should also provide details of TDS against the payment made, along with Form 16A. The bidder should submit a list of similar works executed during the last 10 years, along with supporting documents such as performance certificates issued by the client department/construction agency. The performance certificate should be clear and exhaustive enough to establish similarity with the work under Bid. The bidder needs to submit information as per Form-III, which includes details of similar works executed, along with the value and percentage of similar works completed. The bidder is also required to submit a list of all works that have been awarded or are in progress as on the date of submitting the application, as per Form-IV, which includes information on the available bid capacity. The value of executed works/turnover should be enhanced to the current cost level by 7% per annum.
