The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in works of similar nature and complexity. The bidder should have successfully completed similar works, and the experience certificate should include details such as the name of the work, location, estimated cost, contract value, final contract value, date of start, scheduled date of completion, actual date of completion, and amount of compensation levied for delayed completion, if any. The bidder should have experience of work contract, including testing and commissioning successfully in the last 10 years. The experience requirements include: - Three completed, tested, and commissioned works each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender (i.e., Rs 812.15 Lacs). - Two completed, tested, and commissioned works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender (i.e., Rs 1082.86 Lacs). - One completed, tested, and commissioned work of aggregate cost not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender (i.e., Rs 1624.29 Lacs). The value of similar completed works as well as turnover on construction works should be brought to the current cost level by enhancing the actual value at the rate of 7% per annum at a simple rate. The bidder should have a minimum average audited annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the project cost put to tender during the immediate last three consecutive financial years. The bidder should also have a positive net worth in the immediate last financial year. For similar works executed during the last 10 years, the bidder should provide a list of works, including the name of the work, value of work done, and whether the work was completed and commissioned. The value of work done should be at least 30% of the project cost put to tender. The bidder should have experience of execution of works of similar nature, including construction, supply, installation, testing, and successful commissioning, and other related associated or allied appurtenant works. The value of similar completed works shall be brought to the current cost level by enhancing the actual value at the rate of 7% per annum at a simple rate. The bidder must have a minimum average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the project cost put to tender during the immediate last three consecutive financial years on construction works. The bidder should have experience of similar works executed during the last 10 years, and the value of these works should be certified by a Statutory Auditor. The bidder should also submit a list of similar works executed during the last 10 years as per the prescribed format. The required prior work experience for various positions includes: - For a Graduate Engineer, the total experience required is 5 years, with 5 years of experience in a similar position. - For a Graduate Engineer (E&M), the total experience required is 5 years, with 5 years of experience in a similar position. - For a Diploma Engineer, the total experience required is 5 years, with 2 years of experience in a similar position. - For a Safety Engineer, the total experience required is 5 years, with 2 years of experience in a similar position. The value and percentage of similar works completed include: - At least 30% of the estimated cost put to tender (i.e., Rs 812.15 Lacs) for three completed works. - At least 40% of the estimated cost put to tender (i.e., Rs 1082.86 Lacs) for two completed works. - At least 60% of the estimated cost put to tender (i.e., Rs 1624.29 Lacs) for one completed work. - At least 30% of the project cost put to tender for similar works executed during the last 10 years.
