The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the cost of the work put to bid, - Two similar works costing not less than 40% of the cost of the work put to bid, - One similar completed work costing not less than 60% of the cost of the work put to bid. At least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with a Central/State Government Organisation, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The cost of work shall mean the gross value of the completed work, including the cost of material issued/provided/supplied by the department/client. Additionally, the bidder's average annual financial turnover during the immediate last 3 consecutive financial years ending 31.03.2024 on construction work should be at least 30% of the project cost put to tender. The bidder should also have a solvency of minimum 40% of the cost put to tender. The available bid capacity of the bidder at the expected time of bidding shall be more than the total estimated cost of the work for which the tender is invited. The value of executed works/turnover shall be brought to the current cost level by enhancing the actual value at the rate of 7% per annum at a simple rate. The cost of work shall mean the gross value of the completed work by single/multiple contracts/orders of a single project, satisfactorily completed, including the cost of material issued/provided/supplied by the department/client. This should be certified by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/Project Manager or equivalent. The bidder must secure at least 50 percent marks in each evaluation criterion and 60 percent marks in aggregate to become eligible for shortlisting.
