The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the cost of the work put to bid, - Two similar works costing not less than 40% of the cost of the work put to bid, or - One similar completed work costing not less than 60% of the cost of the work put to bid. At least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with a Central/State Government Organisation, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. For R.C.C. Framed structure works, the bidder must have at least 30% cost of the project, which is Rs. 217.56 Lacs for R.C.C. Nala/Sewerage work. The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last ten years. The values and percentages of similar works completed are: - 30% of the cost of the work put to bid for three similar works, - 40% of the cost of the work put to bid for two similar works, - 60% of the cost of the work put to bid for one similar completed work, - 30% of the estimated cost put to tender for at least one completed work with a Central/State Government Organisation, - Rs. 217.56 Lacs for R.C.C. Nala/Sewerage work, which is 30% of the project cost.
