The bidder should have prior work experience in construction of "R.C.C. Framed Structure Building work" with specific conditions. The experience requirements are as follows: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost of work put to bid, - Two similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work put to bid, - One similar completed work costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost of work put to bid. At least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with a Central/ State Government Organisation, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The remaining work experience can be with reputed private organisations. The certificates from private organisations should be supported by Form 26AS/TDS certificate, and should clearly indicate scope of work, date of completion, completed value, name of work, agreement/order no., date of start, etc. The bidder is required to have prior work experience, with details of the works completed, including the name of the work/project, location, nature of work, estimated cost, actual completion cost, date of start, and date of completion. For government works, the bidder should provide a performance report, which can be rated as Very Good/Good/Fair/Poor, and should be certified by an Executive Engineer/Project Manager or equivalent. For private organization works, the bidder should provide a certificate from the firm/company/authority that executed the project, including details such as scope of work, cost of project, contract value, date of start, completed value, date of completion, and performance report. The bidder should also provide information on any litigation or arbitration resulting from contracts completed or under execution over the last 5 years. The specific values of similar works completed are: - 30% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid for three similar works or one work with a government organisation, - 40% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid for two similar works, - 60% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid for one similar completed work. The percentages of similar works completed are 30%, 40%, and 60% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid.
