The bidder should have prior work experience with similar works, specifically construction works of "RCC Frame structure building work". The requirements are as follows: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to bid, or - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to bid. For three similar works, each should be at least 30% of the estimated cost, which is 239.712 Lacs (30% of 799.04 Lacs). For two similar works, each should be at least 40% of the estimated cost, which is 319.616 Lacs (40% of 799.04 Lacs). Additionally, the bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last ten years, satisfying one of the following conditions: - one similar work costing not less than 60% of the cost of work put to bid, - at least one completed work of similar nature costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The average annual financial turnover during the immediate last 3 consecutive financial years should be at least 30% of the project cost put to tender.
