The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the cost of the work put to bid, * Two similar works costing not less than 40% of the cost of the work put to bid, * One similar completed work costing not less than 60% of the cost of the work put to bid. Additionally, at least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with a government organization, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The remaining work experience should satisfy the requirements above with works successfully executed for a reputed private organization. The values and percentages mentioned are: - 30% of the cost of work put to bid (for three similar works) - 40% of the cost of work put to bid (for two similar works) - 60% of the cost of work put to bid (for one similar completed work) - 30% of the estimated cost put to tender (for at least one completed work with a government organization). The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last ten years, and the value of executed works/turnover shall be brought to the current cost level by enhancing the actual value at a rate of 7% per annum at a simple rate. The bidder's average annual financial turnover during the immediate last 3 consecutive financial years ending 31.03.2024 on construction work should be at least 30% of the project cost put to tender. The bidder should also have experience in similar works, with the definition of similar work being "Construction of Water Supply Work". The bidders are required to submit a certificate supported by a schedule/final bill (certified) to verify eligibility/similarity wherever required. The bidder's available bid capacity for construction work should be equal to or more than the total bid value.
