The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing and commissioning similar works during the last ten years, satisfying one of the following conditions: - Three completed, tested, and commissioned works each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender (i.e., Rs. 687.99 Lacs). - Two completed, tested, and commissioned works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender (i.e., Rs. 917.32 Lacs). - One completed, tested, and commissioned work of aggregate cost not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender (i.e., Rs. 1375.98 Lacs). Additionally, the bidder should have experience in similar works, such as: - Three similar works completed & commissioned works of STP of minimum 2.40 MLD capacity each. - Two similar works completed & commissioned works of STP of minimum 3.30 MLD capacity each. - One similar work completed & commissioned work of STP of minimum 4.800 MLD capacity each. The bidder should also have experience in executing similar projects in a time-bound, prestigious, and professional manner with high standards of workmanship within specified cost. In terms of personnel experience, the bidder should have: * Graduate Engineer with 5 years of experience, including 1 year of experience in a similar position * Diploma Engineer with 5 years of experience, including 1 year of experience in a similar position * Graduate Engineer (E&M) with 5 years of experience, including 1 year of experience in a similar position The value of similar completed works should be brought to the current cost level by enhancing the actual value at a rate of 7% per annum at a simple rate.
