The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience of work contract, including testing and commissioning successfully in the last ten years, specifically in sewerage work, earthen Embankment, and concrete stamping pathway as beautification work. The bidder should have successfully completed and commissioned similar works during the last ten years, satisfying one of the following conditions: - Three completed works, each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost (i.e., Rs. 402.00 Lacs). - Two completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost (i.e., Rs. 536.00 Lacs). - One completed work of aggregate cost not less than 60% of the estimated cost (i.e., Rs. 804.00 Lacs). Additionally, the bidder should have experience in similar works such as construction of STP, laying of sewer and appurtenant works, with specific capacities: - Three similar works completed and commissioned with a minimum capacity of 1.80 MLD each. - Two similar works completed and commissioned with a minimum capacity of 2.40 MLD each. - One similar work completed and commissioned with a minimum capacity of 3.60 MLD each. The value of similar completed works will be calculated by enhancing the actual value at a rate of 7% per annum at a simple rate. The bidder should also have an average audited annual financial turnover during the immediate last three consecutive financial years on construction works, equal to at least 30% of the cost of work put to tender. The bidder should have completed similar type of works in the last 10 years, with details to be submitted in Form-III. The bidder should also submit Form-IIIA, which provides details of contracts of similar nature and complexity. The contract value and percentage of similar works completed are to be mentioned in the forms. The bidder is required to have experience of executing similar works during the last 10 years, with specific values and percentages mentioned, such as 30%, 40%, and 60% of the estimated cost, and capacities of 1.80 MLD, 2.40 MLD, and 3.60 MLD.
