The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in execution of works of similar nature, including construction, supply, installation, testing, and successful commissioning. The bidder should have completed similar works in the last ten years, satisfying one of the following conditions: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the cost of work put to bid. - Two similar works, costing not less than 40% of the cost of work put to bid. - One similar completed work, costing not less than 60% of the cost of work put to bid. At least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with a Central/State Government Organisation, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The value of executed works/turnover should be brought to the current cost level by enhancing the actual value at a rate of 7% per annum. The bidder should have average annual financial turnover during the immediate last 3 consecutive financial years ending 31.03.2024 on construction work, which should be at least 30% of the project cost put to tender. Specific values like amount and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned as follows: - 30% of the cost of work put to bid for three similar works. - 40% of the cost of work put to bid for two similar works. - 60% of the cost of work put to bid for one similar completed work. - 30% of the estimated cost put to tender for at least one completed work with a Central/State Government Organisation. - 40% of the cost put to tender as the minimum solvency required. - 7% per annum as the escalation factor for enhancing the actual value of executed works.
