The bidder is required to have experience in works of similar nature, specifically "Completed tested and commissioned works of Piped Water Supply Scheme & its associated infrastructure works." The experience should be in the last 10 years, including testing and commissioning successfully. The bidder should have successfully completed and commissioned similar works during the last ten years, satisfying either of the following: - Three completed, tested, and commissioned works each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender (i.e., Rs 611.02 Lacs). - Two completed, tested, and commissioned works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender (i.e., Rs 814.69 Lacs). - One completed, tested, and commissioned work of aggregate cost not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender (i.e., Rs 1222.04 Lacs). The value of similar completed works should be brought to the current cost level by enhancing the actual value at the rate of 7% per annum at a simple rate.
