The required prior work experience for the bidder is 10 years, as on the date of publication. The bidder needs to provide details of similar type of works completed during this period. The experience requirements are as follows: - Three similar completed and commissioned works each costing not less than 30% of the cost of work put to bid. - Two similar completed and commissioned works costing not less than 40% of the cost of work put to bid. - One similar completed and commissioned work costing not less than 60% of the cost of work put to bid. The value of similar completed works should be brought to the current cost level by enhancing the actual value at the rate of 7% per annum at a simple rate. The contract value is to be mentioned in Rs. in Lacs. The bidder should have successfully completed and commissioned similar works during the last ten years, satisfying the mentioned experience requirements.
