The required prior work experience for the bidder is in Construction of R.C.C. framed structure building work. The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last 10 years. The conditions for similar works are: a. Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the cost of work put to bid, b. two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of work put to bid, c. one similar work costing not less than 60% of the cost of work put to bid. At least one completed work of a similar nature should have been executed with a Government Organisation, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The remaining work experience can be with reputed private organisations, satisfying the requirements of a, b, or c above. The evaluation criteria for the performance of contractors include experience in similar class of works, with 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria and 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more. The marks are awarded on a pro-rata basis for experience in between these criteria. For project costs, the following requirements apply: - For project cost less than 5 Cr: 1 Graduate Engineer (Civil) and 1 Diploma Engineer (Civil) with experience in similar works. - For project cost between 5-25 Cr: 2 Graduate Engineers (Civil) and 2 Diploma Engineers (Civil) with experience in similar works. - For project cost between 25-50 Cr: 2 Graduate Engineers (Civil) and 5 Diploma Engineers (Civil) with experience in similar works. The bidder should provide details of similar type of works completed during the last 10 years, with aggregated value of executed works, including cost of material supplied by the department, mentioned in Rs. in Lacs. The performance report of the completed projects should be provided, with ratings such as Very Good/Good/Fair/Poor. For works costing more than 10 Cr, bidders must secure at least 50 percent marks in each evaluation criterion and 60 percent marks in aggregate to be eligible for shortlisting.
