The required prior work experience for the bidder is that they should have experience in similar work, which means Design, Supply, Installation, testing, and commissioning of a sump well. The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last five years, satisfying one of the following conditions: - Three satisfactory completed similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the cost of the work put to bid. - Two satisfactory completed similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the cost of the work put to bid. - One satisfactory completed work, costing not less than 60% of the cost of the work put to bid. The experience of Central/State Government Organization/Central Autonomous Body/Central/State Public Sector Undertaking/Nigam will be considered. Additionally, the bidder should submit a performance certificate for executed works and provide information about their current and past works, including value and percentage of completion. The bidder should have average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the project cost put to tender during the immediate last 3 consecutive financial years on construction work. A Solvency Certificate of minimum 40% of the tender value is required to be submitted.
