The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor at least one similar work of value equal to one-third of the package value, excluding maintenance cost. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover, with at least 50% of it being from civil engineering construction works, in any one year in the last five years, with the turnover being equal to 100% of the estimated value of the work. The value of similar work completed should be at least one-third of the package value. The bidder should have prior work experience as a prime contractor or sub-contractor on construction works of a similar nature and volume over the last five years. The bidder needs to provide information on the total annual volume of civil engineering construction work executed and payments received in the last five years preceding the year in which bids are invited, with at least 50% of the turnover coming from civil engineering construction works. Specifically, the bidder should have: * Achieved a minimum financial turnover of at least the estimated cost of works for which the bid is invited, with at least 50% of this turnover coming from civil engineering construction works. * Satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor, at least one similar work equal in value to one-third of the estimated cost of work for which the bid is invited. * Demonstrated availability of liquid assets and/or credit facilities of not less than 10% of the contract price. The bidder's available bid capacity for construction work is calculated based on their maximum turnover in any one year during the last five years, with at least 50% of that turnover being from civil engineering works. The value of existing commitments and ongoing works is considered in calculating the bidder's available bid capacity. The required prior work experience details include: - One-third of the package value for similar work completed - At least 50% of the turnover from civil engineering construction works - 100% of the estimated value of the work for minimum annual financial turnover - 10% of the contract price for liquid assets and/or credit facilities.
