The bidder should have successfully completed any of the following during the last 07 years: - Three similar works costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In case of composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during last 07 (seven) years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of each component of tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of each component of tender, (iii) One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of each component of tender. The bidder's prior work experience is considered based on substantially completed work or completed work, where substantially completed work means an ongoing work in which payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value has been made to the contractor. For completed work, the value of the final bill, including the Price Variation Clause (PVC) amount, is considered as the completion cost of work. In case the final bill is pending, only the total gross amount already paid, including the PVC amount, is considered as the completion cost of work. The overall cost, including the PVC amount, of a completed or substantially completed work similar in nature is considered for the purpose of fulfillment of technical credentials. The definition of similar nature of work is the supply and installation of Local Area Network (LAN) or Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON). The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works with a minimum cost of 30% of the advertised value of the tender - Two similar works with a minimum cost of 40% of the advertised value of the tender - One similar work with a minimum cost of 60% of the advertised value of the tender - Payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value for substantially completed work.
