The required prior work experience for the bidder is 7 years of providing similar type of services. The experience can be in the form of: a) Three orders each of 40% of the Estimated Bid Value b) Two orders each of 50% of the Estimated Bid Value c) One single order of 80% of the Estimated Bid Value. Additionally, the bidder should have successfully executed/completed similar Services over the last three years. However, there is a mention of a different requirement of 2.6 years of past experience for the same or similar service in one of the sources. The bidder should also have an average annual turnover of 934 Lakh for 3 years. In terms of measuring experience in outsourcing of manpower, the experience is measured in terms of turnover, with the following marks allocated: - Rs 4-7 Cr: 10 marks - Rs 7-10 Cr: 20 marks - Rs 10-15 Cr: 30 marks - Above Rs 15 Cr: 35 marks The bidder should have experience of successfully executing Manpower Supply Contract involving deployment of Manpower such as annual maintenance (Skilled, Unskilled) in any Govt./ Semi Govt./Public Sector Undertakings Generation/ Transmission/ Distribution company during the last 7 (Seven) financial years. The experience is also measured in terms of solvency or credit facility from a nationalized/scheduled bank, with the following marks allocated: - Rs 1-2 Cr: 5 marks - Rs 2-3 Cr: 10 marks - Rs 3-4 Cr: 15 marks - Rs 4 Cr and above: 20 marks The bidder should also have an average number of personnel per month for whom provident fund was deposited, with 1 mark for every 100 personnel.
