Construction of un-reinforced, without dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per disign, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 (1:1½:3) coarse and fine aggregates confirming to IS 383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels.Rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints as per norms, applying debonding strips primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/ culvert and construction, joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (Where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 including Cost of Polythene Sheet and Dowel bar and also including complete shifting of matrials & Concrete etc.(M-20) S.I No.- New Item 9(1) Chapter 20. M-150 Brick on edge pavement on parties with bricks, laid dry joints filled with local sand including preparation of base to proper slope, and its ramming, spreading layer of 1 cm. (3/8") depth of local sand over the subgrade and including supply of all materials, labour Tools &plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. S.I. 763 Including Labour Cess But Excluding GST.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and 2 Km. leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. Including Labour Cess But Excluding GST.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation tenches or ino the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer in charge upto a disance of 30m fro the foundation trenches.(S.I. No. 251). Including Labour Cess But Excluding GST.

Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.As in item 279 above but in proportions of 8:4:1 stone Ballast, Coarse sand and cement.Including Labour Cess But Excluding GST.

M-150 brick work in 1:4 mortar of cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. for proper completion of the work. (SI.No.305A) Including Labour Cess But Excluding GST.

Cement concrete with 2cm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (SI.No.279(A)) Including Labour Cess But Excluding GST.

R.C.C. Work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in Slab excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending, but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra. (SI.No.284). Including Labour Cess But Excluding GST.

M.S. (tor steel or plain) in Plain work such as R.C.C. or R.B. work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel & its wastage, bend, hooks, and authorised overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire.. (SI.No.504). Including Labour Cess But Excluding GST.

12 mm thick plaster with cement and Coarse Sand Mortar in 1:4 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 10mm including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (SI.No.584) Including Labour Cess But Excluding GST.
