Sheet roofing including Vertical/Curved Surface Fixed with polymer Coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers filled with white Lead, including a Coat of approved Steel Primer and Two coats of approved Paint on Overlapping of Sheets Complete (UP to any Pitch in horizontal /Vertical or Curved Surface), excluding the Cost of Purlins, rafters and and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. (1.00 mm thick with Zinc Coating not less than 275 gm/m²)

Providing and Fixing 12 mm thick densified tegular edged eco friendly light weight false ceiling tiles (Armstrong Mineral Fiber Acoustical Suspended Ceiling with New Lotus RH 70 Board Tile 600x600x12 mm module) of approved texture spintone/cosmos / Hexa or equivalent in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanising @ 120 grams per sqm including both side) consisting of main 'T' runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 15x45 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced 1200 mm centre to centre, and cross "T" of size 15x45 mm made out of 0.30 mm (Minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main'T' at 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross 'T'of length 600 mm and size 15 x45 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be inter locked at middle of the 1200x 600 mm panel to from grid of size 600x600 mm, resting on periphery walls /partitions on a Perimeter wall angle pre-coated steel of size(24x19X3000 mm made of 0.27 mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval and laying 19 mm thick densified edges ceiling tiles of approved texture (Spintone / Cosmos/ hexa) in the grid, including, cutting/ making.opening for services like diffusers, grills,light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 fine sand and 8 graded brick aggregate 40mm nomical size) including Supply of all materials. Labour and T&P etc. required for Proper Completion of the work in Foundation and Floors as per SI.No.275, (Under Floor)

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved Make, in all colours & shade, in Skirting, riser of Step, over 12 mm thick bed cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse Sand), Jointing with grey Cement Slurry @ 3.3 kg/Sqm including grouting the joint with white cement @ matching Pigments etc. Complete. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and laying Matt Finished glazed floor rectifited tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), including pointing the joints with Grey cement Slurry @3.3kg/Sqm including Grouting the Joints with and matching pigment etc., complete. Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made Rubber Moulded Cement Concrete Interlocking Zig-Zag Tiles Size-200x120x80mm thick in Grey/ Red Colour Made by block of made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
