Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. Including cost of all material labour T&P etc and all other taxes such as Cess, Levi, Toll tax, Royalty etc. (But excluding GST) required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.As per MORT&H Spec. No. 401

Concrete with 4 cm. gauge brick ballast, fine sand of 1:25 R.M. anad cement in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundation and under floors Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (Sl. 273)

M-150 Brick work in one cement & four fine sand mortar in foundation and plinth including, supply of all materials labour,l Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work (Sl. 305a).

12 mm thick plaster with cement and fine sand of 1:25 fineness modules in 1:4 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1 cm. including supply of all materials labour t & p etc. (Sl. 584).

Cement concrete with 2.0cm gauge approved stone grit coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 on top of wall & floors etc. including supply of all materials, labour, T&P, etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. SI No. 279a

Cement concrete with 2cm guage approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in proportion of 3:1.5:1 in pavement 10cm /as per design thick for c.c road coarse & fine aggrigate confirming to IS standrad mixed in concrete mixture /Plant of not less then 0.2 cum capicity & appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed form work (steel channel) laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including hassion cloth for curring of concrete pavements for not less then 14 days curring compound (where as specified) and water finishing to lines & grade including supply of all material, labour , tools & plants etc. requried for proper complition of work and also incuding complete shifting of material & concrete etc. (Without dowel bar) SI No. New Item 9(1)

R.C.C. Work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:2;4 in lintels of door & windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending, but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra. SI No. 284a

M.S. (tor steel or plain) in Plain work such as R.C.C. or R.B. work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel & its wastage, bend, hooks, and authorised overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire. SI No. 504

M.S. or Iron work of small size and section such as holding down bolts, haold fast, tie rods grating etc. wrought to required from including supply of steel bolts, nuts wastages etc. and their fixing but in M.S. Grills/Stair case/railing/Gates/trusher/racks etc. required for proper completion of the work. (I.S. 502A)

Providing & laying hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5mm thick including regletroising glass beads @ 250 gm./sqm. Area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per I.R.C. 35. the finish surface to be level, uniform and gree from streaks and holes. composition of thermoplastic material shall be as per table 800-3 of clause 803 fo MORTH including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer in charge.
