SITC of 400 KVA 3Phase 415Volt 50 Hz Liquid cooling Silent type D.G Set as per CPCB-IV Norms. The Power Generator shall be complete with Turbo charged diesel engine, Brushless Alternator, 2 Nos. 180 AH low maintenance high cranking performance battery and A.M.F/Manual control panel along with acoustic enclosure made of pre- treated and powder coated CRCA Sheet with weather proof paint . Enclosure shall accommodate with suitable capacity of fuel tank sufficient for minimum 8 hours running / 850 to 1000 litre HSD, fuel tank shall be complete with fuel piping, valves level indicators and all standard accessories. Generator should have protection against under voltage ,over voltage, under frequency, over frequency, low battery voltage, earth fault, short circuit and phase sequence changing etc. AMF Control panel shall be IP53 equipped with suitable multifunction digital display meter, battery chargers and indicators, various switches and MCB/MCCB/Circuit breaker for the DG output of appropriate rating. The engine of power generator should be capable of delivering an output of 10 % in excess of rated KVA for a period of One hour in any period of 12 hours of continuous running. Efficiency of power generator at rated power factor at 75% of full load should be above 90.0 %. Alternator of power generator should be confirming to IS 13364 (Part-2) latest and IP rating 23, H class of insulation. The AMF control panel outside the canopy and IP rating is 53. The generator set must have indicators and audio alarm of low lube oil pressure, high water/ coolant /cylinder head temperature, low fuel level and over speed. Power generator supplied with acoustic enclosure shall be made of pre-treated and powder coated CRCA sheet with minimum sheet thickness of 1.6 mm. The acoustic enclosure shall be vermin proof. The sheet shall be pre-treated and powder coated with weather proof paint and Noise level at 1 meter shall not be more than 75 db. The above work also includes the foundation of power generator.

Foundation shall be of PCC type with the ratio of 4:2:1. The length and breadth of the foundation shall be 300 mm more from the respective length and breadth of the foundation. The height of foundation shall be 400 mm, i.e. 200 mm below and 200 mm above the ground level. All the materials/labour required for foundation work shall be supplied by the bidder. Supply, Laying and Termination of interconnecting power and control cable shall be done by the bidder. The suitable size of cable supplied shall be ISI mark heavy duty PVC insulated armoured cable with PVC outer sheath with aluminium conductor having insulation of PVC compound Type-C suitable for rated voltage upto and including 1100V and conforming to IS 1554 (Part-1) latest. For 3 Phase power generator 3.5 core or higher core cable shall be used. Total length of the cable supplied by the bidder shall not be less than 30 mtrs. The scope of work also includes the 02 Nos copper plate earthing for neutral and also 02 Nos copper plate earthing for body of the power generator. The installation of fuel tank including the foundation/Stand shall be done by the bidder. The warranty of power generator (DG Set) shall be upto 24 month or 5000 running hours whichever is earlier, The bidder shall provide the preventive maintenance/service visit at least 2 times in an year during warranty period including all necessary spares and consumable such as filters, lube oil etc. to complete the job. Supply and Installation of 10 mtr. height Exhaust pipe for 400 KVA D.G. Set of following sizes M.S. B class exhaust pipes confirming to IS 3589 with welding joints including bends, clamps, dash fastner, flanges, nuts bolts etc. 6" dia (150 mm N.B.), MS B class Exhaust pipe supply of 75 mm thick glass wool/internal wool, wire chicken mesh over insulation and 26 gaugealuminium sheet clading over the following sizes of exhaust pipes from silencer to atmosphere. M.S. Support structure for Exhaust pipes through wall/support supply and installation of S.S. flexible bellows, 6" dia (150 mm NB) Complete with counter flanges, heat resistant gaskets, nuts-bolts-washers etc. complete as required.
