The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience as an independent Comprehensive Integrated Consultancy (CIC)/ Project Management Consultant (PMC) Services for completed/substantially completed projects of Construction of Court Building/Town Hall/Government Office, with residential and non-residential buildings. The required experience can be fulfilled in one of the following ways: - One project of 80% or above value of the present proposed project. - Two projects of 60% or above value of the present proposed project. - Three projects of 40% or above value of the present proposed project. Only experience as an independent CIC/PMC will be counted as 100% marks, while experience as a DPR Consultant or Authority Engineer will be counted as 50% marks. Works completed to the extent of 80% physical progress shall be awarded 75% marks in the respective category, provided a proper certificate is issued by the competent authority of the employer. The value of executed works shall be computed by applying escalation on the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 8% per annum. For the purpose of evaluation of bids, the value of work will be considered commensurate with the value of TDS Certificates. The bidder should have completed these projects in the last 10 years. Additionally, the experience of key staff, including educational qualifications and professional experience, will also be evaluated. The bidder must also have experience in specific areas, such as civil works, with costs up to Rs 100 Cr or more than 100 Cr. The required prior work experience for the bidder is mentioned in Annexure VI, which requires details of experience certificates for work executed during the last 10 years. The bidder needs to provide information about the projects they have worked on, including the name and location of the project, nature of the project, components of the project, cost of the project, and the date of commencement and completion. The percentages of similar works completed are 80%, 60%, and 40% of the value of the present proposed project. The amount is mentioned as costs up to Rs 100 Cr or more than 100 Cr for civil works.
