The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works with a value of not less than Rs. 501.24 Lacs (80% of estimated cost of works) or at least two similar works of value not less than Rs. 375.93 Lacs (60% of the estimated cost of works) each, or at least three similar works of value not less than Rs. 250.62 Lacs (40% of the estimated cost of works) each. For Electrical Works, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed during the last 7 years, at least one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of Electrical works (Rs. 76.73 Lakh) or should have satisfactorily completed at least two similar works of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost of Electrical works each (Rs. 57.55 Lakh) or should have satisfactorily completed at least three similar Electrical works of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of Electrical works each (Rs. 38.36 Lakh). For Civil works, the bidder should have completed at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 424.51 Lacs (80% of estimated cost of civil works) or at least two similar works of value not less than Rs. 318.38 Lacs (60% of the estimated cost of civil works) each, or at least three similar works of value not less than Rs. 212.25 Lacs (40% of the estimated cost of civil works) each. The bidder should have executed these works with any Central/State Govt. department/Undertaking in the last 7 years. The actual value of such similar executed works shall be increased at a simple rate of 7% per annum to bring the same to the current costing level. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum value of construction works (turnover) executed in any one year during the last five years, and the Available Bid Capacity is calculated as: Assessed Available Bid capacity = (A x N x 2 - B), where A = Maximum value of Construction works (Turn Over) executed in any one year during the last five years, N = Number of years prescribed for completion of the works, and B = Value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next years. The bidder should also have solvency of a minimum amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost (Rs. 250.62 Lakh) of the work. For Civil & E/M works, the bidder should have executed in the last seven years, a minimum of the following items of key works: - For quantity-based works, 50% of the BoQ Quantity. - For capacity-based work, 70% of Capacity.
