Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. (TMT Bars) Fe-500

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steelprimer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gatesand similar works

R.C.C. Standards post/ struts/rails/ pales of mix 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5 coarsesand : 3 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mmnominal size) with wooden plugs or 6 mm bar nibs whereverrequired as per direction of Engineer-in- charge (cost of earthworks in excavation, concrete works in foundation to be paidseparately).

Fencing with R.C.C. post placed at required distance, embedded in cementconcrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner postshall be strutted on both sides and end post one side only, provided withhorizontal lines and two diagonals of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100metres (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. stapleson wooden plugs or G.I. binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed whilecasting the post (cost of R.C.C. posts, struts, earth work and concrete tobe paid for separately) :- Payment to be made per metre cost of total lengthof barbed wire used.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concretepaver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parkingetc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratorymethod using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50 mmthick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/layingof inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratorycompaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cuttingof paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweepingextra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour design and pattern

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement on the rough side of single or half brick wall

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wallsurface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqmover and including priming coat of exterior primer applied@ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Providing and stacking of Bottle palm of ht. 270-300 cm bottom girth 40-50 cm well developed in big HDPE bags as per direction of the officer-in-charge

Providing and displaying of Areca Palm having ht. 2.40 m to 2.70 m with 12 to 14 suckers, well developed, fresh and healthy with lush green foliage in 35 cm size of Bucket type cement pots & as per direction of the officer-in-charge

Providing and displaying of Raphis palm specimen having ht. 1.50 m to1.65 m with 40 to 50 lush green suckers, well developed, fresh & healthyfoliage leaves in 40 cm size of Earthen Pot/Chali/Tray & as per direction ofthe officer-in-charge

Providing and stacking of Ficus religiosa (Peepal) of height 150-165 cm. in big poly bags of size 30 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Mangifera indica (Mango-grafted ) of height 60-75 cm. in big poly bag of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Azadirachta indica ( Neem ) of height 120-130cm in big polybag of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.
