Laying of HDPE Duct in the trenches and in the protective works already provided including in HDD portion and supply pulling of Nylone rope through it at diffident places as direction of engineer in charge or site Engineer.

Excavating and refilling of trench in Normal Soil to the level of ground with rammed 5 earth as per drg. No.(NR/S&T/CON/1. 1/97-A) so as not to form a drain 0.3 Mtrs. Wide & 1 Mtr. Deep on both side of the station alongside the track. It shall conform to the safe distance as per signaling and cable route plan in all type of soil, It also includes clearance of routes of trees & bushes.

Boring & Trenchless cabling along with supply & insertion of self lubricated HDPE pipe 6 as per IS 4984:2016 of 110 mm outer dia with 6mm wall thickness in the bore for laying of Signalling / Telecom /Power cable under track/road/culvert at the depth of 1.5mtrs etc.cable laying covered seperately.

Laying (NR/S&T/CON/1.1/97) and as per cable route plan approved by Railways and meggering of cableof signalling/Telecom/power cables of different sizes as per drg. No. before and after its laying of all type of outdoor cables. Meggering to be done for each drum separately. Meggering sheets to be supplied and filled up by contractor and submitted to railways.

Supply and laying of 2nd class bricks in the trench and laying as per Drg. No. (NR/S&T/CON/1.1/97) as per instructions of the site Engineer.

Supply of single app.case steel RE with 'E' type lock and key ward no.42 and handle as per drg. No. sketch no.RE/S&T/ALD/SK/219/82 and 221/82 with Alt.B.. Inspection by RITES.

Casting, concreting and curing of foundation and erection of App. Cases (Single) as per 10 drg. No.(NR/S&T/D&D/02/2024). All materials such as cement, sand, aggregate and anchor bolts shall be supplied by the contractor. App. Case single will be supplied by railway. Contractor is required to execute all type of repair works of foundations if required during inserting the cable for termination.

Preparation & fixing of bakelite hylum sheet 910x800x6 mm and bakelite shelf 900x450x25 mm duly fixed by angle iron piece of different size inside all the app. Cases. Hylum board shall be fixed on an angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx3mm. Angle iron frame will be fixed in location boxes secured by nuts & bolts. Fixing of fuses, ARA terminal, plug in type Q series relays and other type relays on square bars fixing and jamming of cables with 2 inch thick salwood plank provided at the bottom. This will include opening, pasting and jamming armour of each cable in the hole drilled 11 separately for each cable through the wood plank & all cable entry point on location boxes, location huts. JB's relay room/battery room to be closed with suitable masonry works covered with sand and plastering. Description for terminal drawing of circuits, inside app. Case. painting from outside as will inside with red oxide and aluminium paint is covered separately. Size of lettering will be 100 mm or as per instructions of Engineer at site. All material including bakelite shilf, hylum board, wood plank, angle iron square bar, wire and wiring material as per the IRS specn. nuts and bolts and other items shall be supplied by the contractor . Relays. ARA terminals & fuse only shall be supplied by the railway. (i)App. case single involving wiring of relays

Supply of terminal block M-6 (ARA terminal-25mm) as per IRS Spec. No.IRS-S-75/91 (Or latest) & IRS Drg. NO.SA-23741/A (ALT.4) or latest. This meterial will be procured by RDSO approved firm and inspected by RDSO.

Termination of all the cores of all type of outdoor cable after its laying on both end. 13 This also includes preparation of test report for core to core & core to earth on prescribed Performa for each core of the cable separately. This also includes dressing & lacing of cables on both ends. Performa for testing & material for lacing to be supplied by the contractor.

Supply of Digital insulation Tester (Megger) 100V/500V, Motwani, Philips or equivalent make. Inspection by consignee.

Digital earth tester 4 Terminal, range 0-10/100 ohm with Ni-cd rechargeable battery with accessories kit and other required accessories TEC spec no.GR/TIE-10-April or latest(Inspection:Consignee)

Supply of True RMS Digital Multimeter, 4000 Count,Voltage: 1000V AC/DC.Make/Model : Fluke 17B+, DI-LOG9206,or similar or better. Inspection by consignee.

Supply burying of earth electrodes pipe of 3 metre length and 50 mm dia. pointed on lower end by tappering for a length of 150mm as per drg. No. NR / S&T /CON / 6.3 / 97 and connecting with lightening arrester or signalling gears as per std. practices. The item includes digging of pit in 17 earth 3 Mtrs. deep and fixing earth electrode pipe in it. Earth pipe shall be burried in the ground to the length of 2.7 Mtr after welding 6 SWG wire at the lower end and fixing through nut and bolt at the top. This includes casting of cement concrete enclosures as per drg. No. NR/S&T/CON/6.4/97. The enclosure is to be plaster on all sides with cement & sand mixture of 1:4 ratio. The soil treatment shall be done as per standard practices. The item includes provision of earthing lead. Inspection by consignee.

Supply of Electrically Operated Lifting Barrier Assembly Complete with drive 18 mechanism, motor etc.with push button type contol panel, boom locking arrangement, crank handle complete with hand generator as per RDSO specification No.RDSO/SPN/208/ 2012 Ver. 2.0 or Latest. Both the Booms Shall be as per RDSO Drg.No.RDSO/ S11600 of GI Boom in Octagonal shape with temporing cross section with telescope structure. The total length of the Boom shall be 9.76m (Maximum 4 sections joined by nut and bolts). Operating voltage of the gate should be 110 V AC. Tool kit consisting of standard size of wrench/spanner and Allen Keys should also be Supplied with each set (02nos) of ELB. Note: Drg.No, RDSO/S-11600 inclusive of 2 stop boards, boom light boxes, MS counter weights, 2 Nos. boom support for resting boom, boom locking assembly, control panel. Inspection by RDSO.

Installation wiring & commissioning of electrically operated lifting barrier as per standard practice

Dismantling of lifting barrier/gate leaves/ELB complete set alongwith winch, wire rope, boom locking arrangements.All dismantelled material to be transported and stacked in the store of SSE/Sig of MB div. Inspection : by Site Engineer.

Dismantling and releasing of single signal post which include dismantling of signal fittings electrical and mechanical both wheel of sorts, GI pipe pullies, pully stakes wire run from cabin 21 to signal posts etc. All dismantled material to be transported and stacked in the store of SSE/Sig of MB div. /incharges/store or any other stores of northern railway as per consignee. Note:- Before dismantling joint survey is to be done with the site engr. and report to be submitted to teh site engr. (1 Job=1 Signal)

Supply & Installation of Thermo shrink jointing kit for 6-Quad cable for straight through joints as per IRS: TC-77/2010 (Rev.2) with latest amendments. Inspection by RDSO.

"Supply and testing of the cable route tracer and marker locator and Integrated cable route tracer and marker locator VLOC3 PRO- 5W KIT or similar or superior as per technical 23 specification SOME OF ADVANCE FEATURES ARE: -INTERNAL TWO SETS OF 3D ANTENNAS -COLOUR CODED EM RESPONSE -LI-ION RECHARGEBALE BATTERY PACK FOR TX -OFFSET VECTOR LOCATE MODE -TRANSVERSE GRAPH & PLAN VIEW -SELF TEST MODE (TO CHECK FOR DRIFTED CALIBRATION) - TRANSMITTER WITH 300MA RMS CONSTANT CURRENT OUTPUT -SOFT CARRY BAG". Inspection by RITES.

Wiring of relays in relay room/relay huts as per approved wiring diagrams. All material required will be supplied by contractor including indoor cables and wires of 1x1, 1x0.6, 3/.029, 16/0.2, 40x0.6, 40x1, 60x0.6, 60x1 dia, of copper conductor as per NR practice conforming to latest IRS S- 24 76/89 (Amd.3) or latest available specifications. This also includes soldering, dressing, bunching, lacing, fixing of relay bases etc. and provision of LED indication box of vital relays in relay room if required and provision of potential free contacts of all relays on tag block for data logger as per instruction of site Engineer. Indoor cable/wire shall be as per Spec. No. IRS-S 76/89 (Amd.3) or latest available.

Concreting unscheduled items in concrete of 1:3:6 ratio in cement, coarse sand and aggregate 25mm at different places in the yard and plastering top in fine plaster of 1:4 cement sand 26 ratio. It also includes the excavation of earth as required at site and as per instruction of site incharge. The volume in cubic meters shall include the volume occupied by any CI foundation, trstle, MS angle or flat or GI pipe required to be embedded in the casting, Cement coarse sand and aggregate 25mm are to be supplied by the contractor.

Supply and Fixing of GI.Pipe 75 mm dia, 3mm thick perforated at a distance of 20 CM 27 or lesser of required length at cuiverts/bridges/along the cutting suiltably concreted at both ends as per drg.No(NR/S&T/CON/1.4/97) or at ASM office/other buildings suitably fixing it to the wall and at both ends G.I. Clamp of M.S. Flats boits and nuts,to be supplied by the contractor. Inspection by consignee , Installation site Engineer.

Painting scrapping and cleaning of the surface. Paint to be of reputed make Asian/Dulux/Berger or similar.App.of two coats of Enamel paint over one coat of Red Oxide primer after Cases inside and outside to be done by Silver colour. (Apparatus Case Half) (Inspection agency :- Consignee)

Supply of Half app.case steel RE with 'E' type lock and key ward no.42 and handle as per drg. No. sketch no. RE/S&T/ALD/SK/219/82 and 221/82 with Alt.B..Inspection by consignee.

All materials such as cement, sand, aggregate and anchor bolts shall be supplied by the contractor. App. Case single will be supplied by railways. Contracor is required to execute all type of repair works of foundations if required during inserting the cable for termination.

Provision, preparation & fixing of Bakelite hylum sheet 450 x 600 x 6 mm. Hylum board shall be fixed on angle iron frame of 25 mm x 25 mm x 3 mm. Angle iron frame will be fixed in location box secured by nuts & bolts.This includes fixing of fuses, ARA terminals fixing & jamming of cable with 2 inches salwood plank provided at the bottom. i) This includes opening, passing & jamming armour of each cable in the hole drilled separately for each cable through salwood plank & 31 all cable entering points on location boxes, location huts, JBs, relay room/battery room to be closed with suitable masonry works covered with sand and plastering, wiring description of terminals, drawing of circuits inside app. case. Painting from inside as well as outside with red oxide & Aluminum paint is covered separately. Size of lettering to be 100 mm & as per the engineer's instruction. All materials such as teakwood shelf, hylum board, salwood plank, angle iron, square bar, NDT/HRC fuse ases, nuts & bolts etc. shall be supplied by the contractor. ARA erminal will be supplied by the Railway. (i) App. Case half not involving wiring of relays

Supply of colour light signal post with ladder & bases as per tech. spec. IRS-S-6-81 or latest of the following size :- (i)Colour light signal post 4.6M and ladder 4.5M for main line strs. and home signals, Inspection : Consignee.

"Fixing of CLS surface base, bolting on the foundation. Erection of CLS post with signal unit on the top or on an offset bracket and fitting ladder and guard to the post at the top Concreting ladder base and embedded into the ground with supporting bracket in the middle. Blanking of the ladder for a distance of 1 feet between the height 6'9""and 7'9""from the rail level by MS angle and MS sheet 0.6mm thick wherever required. (i) This includes provision of wooden ( sal ) cross arm 33 1Mx1M for CLS unit prior to the commissioning, fixing of AC / DC lit LED Signal unit and hood on CLS unit, wiring the CLS unit and fixing the signal. Elevation and distance of foundation from track shall be in accordance with schedule of dimension for Indian ailway published by Government of India & approved Drawings. All items for the above work except items mentioned in Annx B-2 shall be supplied by the contractor including following items (ii) U bolt for offset bracket. (iii) Wooden cross arm 1Mx1M (iv) MS sheet and MS angle for blanking of ladder (v) Wire mesh guard, U-lock for unit , nuts and bolts etc for the following." (i)Installation, erection and wirng of 3/4 aspect color light signal. Inspection : Site Engineer

"Fixing of CLS surface base, bolting on the foundation. Erection of CLS post with signal unit on the top or on an offset bracket and fitting ladder and guard to the post at the top Concreting ladder base and embedded into the ground with supporting bracket in the middle. Blanking of the ladder for a distance of 1 feet between the height 6'9""and 7'9""from the rail level by MS angle and MS sheet 0.6mm thick wherever required. (i) This includes provision of wooden ( sal ) cross arm 34 1Mx1M for CLS unit prior to the commissioning, fixing of AC / DC lit LED Signal unit and hood on CLS unit, wiring the CLS unit and fixing the signal. Elevation and distance of foundation from track shall be in accordance with schedule of dimension for Indian ailway published by Government of India & approved Drawings. All items for the above work except items mentioned in Annx B-2 shall be supplied by the contractor including following items (ii) U bolt for offset bracket. (iii) Wooden cross arm 1Mx1M (iv) MS sheet and MS angle for blanking of ladder (v) Wire mesh guard, U-lock for unit , nuts and bolts etc for the following." (i)2-aspect colour light signal

Supply and installation of goods warning board of as per SEM part -II para no. 12.134 warning board made out of 3mm thick aluminium sheet confirming to IS-736 with back support frame 35 of 25x25x3mm angle iron. The tape should be: - Non metalized polycarbonate micro prismatic lenses and reflected light visible from more than 1 km. It should be pressure sensitive, Highly durable and non-corrording as well as high dispersion angle. Thickness of Highlighter Grade Retroreflective tapes shall be 0.35mm to 0.46mm. Inspection by Consignee.

Supply of 6 pin Emergency socket as per IRS/TC/42/87 (Amd 1) or latest. Inspection by consignee.

Casting, concreting & curing of foundation of main signal as per Drg. No. (NR/S&T/Con/2.1/97). All material such as cement, sand, aggregate & anchor bolts shall be supplied by the contractor.
