The required prior work experience for the bidder can be issued by a Public listed company having an average annual turnover of Rs. 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years, or by a Govt. Organization. The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: - Three similar works costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. For subletting of work, the subcontractor shall have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. The cost of work similar in nature to be considered for this tender is: Rs. 69, 33, 193.82 Each, Or Rs. 92, 44, 258.43 Each, Or Rs. 1, 38, 66, 387.65 Each. The completion of a work is considered when a payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value has been made to the contractor, and no proceedings of termination of contract on Contractor’s default has been initiated. For substantially completed work, the total gross amount already paid, including the Price Variation (PVC) amount, is considered as the cost of substantially completed work. In case of completed work, the value of the final bill, including the PVC amount, is considered as the completion cost of work.
